Next generation transmission fluid
Exol Lubricants has continued its impressive research and development path with the introduction of a next generation multi-vehicle automatic transmission fluid, Autotrans MVA, recommended for use by no fewer than 25 vehicle manufacturers of passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
From being one of the first to market with an oil for the new Ford EcoBoost engines, Exol has once again led the market with a new lubricant that eliminates anti-shudder in transmissions using slipping torque convertor clutches, which can lead to transmission damage.
The new product is recommended by a host of vehicle manufacturers (VMs) including BMW, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, VW Audi and Nissan.
Autotrans MVA is manufactured by Exol Lubricants using specialised synthetic base oils, specifically selected additives and friction modifiers. The result is a lubricant that offers protection against wear, extended drain capabilities, and excellent oxidation stability.
The versatile product can also be used as a power steering fluid and is available in bulk road tanker deliveries, 205 litre barrels and 25 litre drums.
In recent months, Exol has announced a £2million redevelopment of its head office and production site, installed a new weighbridge at its Rotherham site, unveiled new product packaging and launched a number of new products and improvements designed to enhance the service it provides to customers.
