Exol takes hole in one at charity golf day

Exol Lubricants has continued its support for local groups, associations and charities with the announcement that it will sponsor Shrewsbury based Beacon Cricket Club’s charity golf day on Friday 5 September 2014.

The company is sponsoring an individual hole at the event, which will take place at Henlle Park Golf Club in support of the Bliss Organisation that offers help and support to babies born too soon, too small or too sick.

Based in Frankwell, Shrewsbury, Beacon Cricket Club has grown steadily since 2004 and now has three weekend teams playing matches around the county and into Wales. The club also has three midweek cricket teams and an ever-growing youth section.

Beacon Cricket Club hopes to achieve Club Mark status in 2015, its 10th anniversary year.

So far in 2014, Exol has sponsored a number of sporting associations including Droitwich Golf Club, Trysull Tigers U13s football team and, has renewed its sponsorship of Worcester Warriors Rugby Club.
